Meshkov Brest paused training

Several handball players of HC Meshkov Brest were tested positive for coronavirus last week. Our club is strict about antiCOVID precautions and respects the health of players, coaches and staff. Therefore, it was decided to stop practices and take quarantine during pause in the national champioship and EHF Champions League. For a week, athletes will work independently at home under the remote control of a physical training coach. Each of the guys has an individual plan and special fitness trackers that allow to monitor their activity online. This will help team keep optimal shape until returning to team training.
